For the left arm of his, even though it is kind of cut out, I can see there is something rather strange about that part. I am assuming this is from the part where Gogeta is fighting the final boss dude in GT? Anyway, do not ever forget about the fact that SSJ4 Gogeta has bulky arms. In this artwork, Gogeta somewhat seems to have small arms. In order to draw a muscular character, you can never forget about big muscles.
And the right hand of his. I highly doubt his right hand would come out like that, considering the fact that his biceps is hidden, meaning his right arm is all the way back. The original one which this artwork is based on, makes sense for the right hand to come out like that as for the original, Gogeta's body is somewhat leaning towards the right side and there is not much space between his biceps and the right hand. But for this case, your Gogeta's body is standing straight and the way that right hand came out only makes it strange looking. For this case, the fist should be positioned somewhat lower than that. Or, the biceps should be visible somewhat. Or, the arm from the wrist should be going up, not straight.
I am not sure you get what I am saying here, but that is the best I can tell you. Just watch out for the body structure, because a simple mistake can sometimes ruin your artwork.
But yes, other than that, I don't really have much to point out. The way you did the shading here is pretty neat, and only the eyes being colored, well, even though I much prefer it being colored all the way, but only the eyes being colored is pretty interesting to look at still.
The chest is nicely done. And I can see you put a lot of efforts on the hair and pants.
I can give 8 out of 10 for this artwork. Great job, keep it up.
